It's outside Alwar city and good to stay if you are ok to commute 8-10 km daily to Alwar city.
All basic amenities are available around township.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live in alwar. Security, power backup and enough area to roam and walk. Some people here are not that mature and sometimes make others uneasy but that is manageable.

People living here are low class, you can't even walk on road with your children because you hear lot of loafers on road shouting MC BC in every line. Even management is so poor that a college management can beat it. there are only 2 sets of lifts in 280 flats. low cost budget flats are build along with high cost flats, so no separation. central park is zoo where people are shouting 24*7. you can't sleep in odd times. sleeping time is fix. 12 pm to 6 am. So if you have patient in home or work in odd hours then towers flats are not good option for you. however g+3 is little better as they are away from central park. Material used is lower then lowest. basically Trehan builder is a low class builder totally having profit mentality and no focus on building a good and peaceful society.
