★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible customer service. booked a car for a trip with 240kms. I specifically told the operator I would be keeping the car till 10pm. at 6pm the driver says that he is leaving and wants his payment because they will not run the car locally. no where was this mentioned and when I spoke to the helpline and told them that I have not used the car past 2pm and 120kms for which they had initially offered a cheaper price which I agreed to pay, they threatened me saying that the driver will collect the payment from you in his own way. amazing. You are better off with hotel taxis.
