★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like a desi hospital over charging and every staff has a big igo and worst to worst administration and behaviour I have seen in my life of such pathetic hospital. Only some what positive is Dr. Tiwaray. Overall he is the proprietor of the same it could be good from the patient feedback. I think please don't spoil the name of Bihar and the hope trust of public on a much much higher cost.
I repeat this hospital is not for a middle or lower class family as there is loot for each and every thing... If u have money for your burnt patient then only move here other wise plarse go for the other reviews also. They are also feeling the same after having treatment from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My deepest thanks to all staff members and doctors who took care of my mother. I will recommend this hospital to everyone. This is the best available in Bihar. Many thanks to Dr Tiwari for setting up trauma center for burn cases.

Wrost place in Patna. Main motive is to make money that's all. Even the staff members are very bad. Even behaviour is not good. Also the medicine department is wrost part in the hospital. They want only cash. They don't accept card. They don't give receipt for medicine. Not recommended . Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a bad hospital. If one can afford treatment in Safdarjung Delhi then please do so. There staff are not trained properly for patient care and hygiene. This hospital does not have proper infrastructure.
My mother was admitted on 14th Nov on Diwali night. As per this hospital she had 80% burn injury but it seemed to me that she had 50% burn, My mother died on 21st Nov, 2020 early morning 6.25 am, all of a sudden, because of breathlessness within half an hour since hospital could not provided oxygen for good 25 minutes, since there was no nursing staff to be found for 5 minutes then doctor was not tracible another 5 minutes ( he as sleeping in a secluded place ) and then finally they did not have the oxygen pipe ready to deliver oxygen. In first place they did not bother to have the oxygen delivery mechanism ready in case of emergency. It took 15 minutes to get the oxygen pipe from medical store. All this while my mother suffocated and died. Till date I am not aware that what was the reason for my mother death. Was it cardiac arrest or what?
They don't have functional ICU. There attitude is very casual and they lack expertise and infrastructure to handle serious burn cases.
If your patient survives then its your luck and pure by god grace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will name this hospital as Apollo dead hospital.Please do not earn so much curse from these needy people.Just think once that people come to your hospital to get good treatment from your side.This thing not only I am saying but when I have seen every one comment and review then I get to know that your hospital is really very bad just to say worst.And the owner of this hospital is very careless.Dr.K.N Tiwari you even don't know also that how much sin you are earning from these needy people.If you are not able to give good treatment to patient then please it's humble request that do close this hospital,people will go to another good hospital but,atleast you will not earn any sin from people curse.My patient was in good recovery.And,even no words to say for my patient that she has so much courage even she is very serious.She was 80% burn and the treatment that my patient was in need is not at all.Even there is no ICU for emergency patient.And from inside it looks like a haunted hospital.Dr.K.N Tiwari do not do this I wish that you should also have to face this type of problem.Then only u will know that what others have to face difficult situations they loose from their money also and from hearts also.God will never forgive you.I feel like to abuse you.But right now I am just controlling my feeling.

They just know, how to loot money from your.. doctor, staff, everyone is pretty rude and will tell you full of lies.. if you have money, please go Delhi or any other place.
