★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for a booster dose. Quick & simple procedure. Took less than 5 minutes from IN to OUT.
Kishori who did the jab … smile on the face .. showed me the vaccine bottle and then proceeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with the excellent and professional service we received from Apollo clinic. At the reception and billing counter Ms. Deepa was very proficient , helpful and cooperative. Next at the vaccination room ,Sister Kavita was indeed very good with the vaccination and also was a great help in post vaccination service like receipt and downloading if the certificate. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Staffs are good in behaviour for the test day.
Cons: Those staff became rude while providing the report.
Bad part of the clinics was service , tariffs, behaviour, parking, waiting time.
It's Been almost 3 weeks waiting for my report. It doesn't seem like an exception case after checking other reviews.
I did a test of
VIT B12 and VIT D. Test charges they took was around 3k. It's almost double than many other clinics and the funny part is I am yet to receive the report.
After I requested for refund after 3 weeks they have rudely said not possible. So the people there are not educated enough to understand that 2-3 weeks old report is not valid.
One more things is it takes a lot of time there. It's like a parallel universe. 1 hour of our time is like 5 mins for them.
So unless you want to experience something like Inception, DO NOT GO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have come here 3 times with different people for vaccination. It's been really great experience. Very efficient and professional. This time i have come with my mom who is 83 and all helped in making her comfortable. Nasreen Kazi in particular was very helpful. Keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Saturday for Booster Dose. Very crowded. No CoViD protocol followed. People for health checkup and booster all crowding near room no 7. Needed to do some crowd management. Other Staff very helpful and courteous. Billing was fast.

It used to be better a couple of years ago. Some points for improvement:
1) Reports come in after 3 to 4 days and we need to call up and follow up for reports and travel back to clinic if we need them after tests.
2)Waiting time for Scan and echo. It is not seamless
3) Physician consultation available only weekdays 10 to 5.
4) Not satisfied with physician checking or explaining reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our precautionary vaccination dose here, the staff is professional and overall experience of vaccination here is fabulous, the sister given all details before vaccination and showed us the vaccination bottle and syringe. I haven’t had this kind of great experience in past for my earlier vaccination dosage at other vaccination center. I would really recommend this clinic.
