★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked 3rd dose - Covid vaccination for my mom via phone and they called back with confirmation and my mom (58 years old) was asked to come today.
My mom reached this Apollo Clinic on said time but they didn't provide the vaccination as the queue was already occupied with other attendees and they were done for the day.
From this incident, it is very clear to me that there will be NO CERTAINITY on pre-booking and confirmation - NOT EXPECTED FROM A RENOWNED BRAND LIKE APOLLO.

Most Unprofessional behaviour by staff and Doctors. Inspite of having an appointment with Dr Suvan Das (Ortho) on 24th April 2022 at 1pm, the staff and the doctor made us wait for 1hour and then the doctor refused to come.
When I asked to share the everyday schedule of the doctor they said that they don't have any schedule for any doctors prepared yet.
DO NOT VISIT Apollo Clinic Dunlop.
