★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this hospital, they would have killed my husband. Gave 4 medicine for pressure. When we asked why so many they told it is good for him and after taking this medicine he got low pressure. Dr sv krisna Rao is not a good doctor. Stay away from this dr

Extremely disappointed with the kind of experience at a place where doctors are supposed to be focused on saving lives than minting money. Visited the clinic for an appointment with the general physician on duty on Friday, March 18th, 2022.
I have a lump on my forearm without any injury or infection and wanted to get it checked. The lady who was the general physician on duty made me take a seat and without even examining the lump or asking about symptoms or any medical history (which is important because I do have a family history of sarcoidosis) just wrote me a prescription of an antibiotic.
When I insisted on a reason for her 5 minute diagnosis without an examination, she just said, "oh, its a very common skin infection. I know what I'm doing. Don't ask questions, just take the medicine" and just ushered me out of the cabin.
I paid Rs.700 as her consultation fee + close to Rs.500 for unrequired medicines and a wrong diagnosis. Is this how doctors are appointed at reputed places now?
Well, guess what. I went for a second opinion because I knew this wasn't a skin infection as this so called "educated doctor" claimed as there was no pain, discoloration or other symptoms and an actual doctor did a complete examination, x-ray, ultrasound and determined that I have a lipoma that needs extraction. They will be examining it to ensure that it's not cancerous or in fact the beginning of sarcoidosis.
I wonder how many people have been misdiagnosed by the Apollo physician. For all I know, someone would have visited with chest pain and a heart attack and she would have written them an antacid saying "it's just very bad acidity"
Extremely pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is fine but it's main agenda is making money some how or the other. For an injection although I had the medicine and syringes I have to pay 100 for registration and 50 for services. It think that's too costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, if you come first also then also you might not get first preference.. people are waiting near the door and going inside.. no waiting management, SBI counters are much better. They are asking us to give reviews, .. my advice don't come for full health check up. You will waste at least 2 to 3 days.. doctors are good but management is poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whole new level of epic irresponsibility and arrogance by staff. Extremely poor patient handling and no social distancing maintained during vaccination. Receptionists and billing counter executives here are synonyms for irresponsibility. Customer handling at govt hospitals are of better standards than this clinic. Worst experience in a hospital in my whole life.
