Great experience with Apollo service. Always recommended Apollo Beliaghata, specially the orthopaedic section.

A 3 storied building totally air conditioned , very clean inside and well organized .
Vaccination process is very smooth and there are rest room for those who take vaccine here and cozy seating arrangement is also there in front of reception ...
1st you have to fill a online google from by scanning qr code from the counter and then they will call you for vaccination.
Staff are very helpful..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horrible, never sends report on time, u had to cancel my doctor's appointment twice because they have still not prepared my reports.
Most incapable and unprofessional staffs. They are not value for money and they should be blacklisted for doing fraudulent business. While taking the booking they commit some date for sending the report on whatsapp but once the money is taken they will keep on changing their words. Whenever I called up to follow up for my blood report I was told that I will receive a call back in ten minutes but they never call back. I don't recommend this clinic, they are playing with the reputation of the Apollo brand.
