★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No proper management. Was there for my 2nd dose of vaccination, and there was only one nurse who was vaccinating the people. Whereas for billing and verification there were more than 3-4 people. Kept us waiting for a very long time. Though it was paid dint receive any privilege for the same, better you take a free vaccine and go happily home. The staff was so uneducated, me being a 20 yrs old girl asking me if I am Mr or MRs. They need a good staff and proper management skills. Please hire a professional staff. Vaccination are important and give it a priority. Arranging the vaccination drive in the outer space of the hospital of completely illogical. If you can't handle please don't be a part of vaccination and let the other hospitals do it. They do it way better. Will never ever recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is convenient for residents of Kondhwa, Wanowrie, and NIBM Road. Car parking is a problem. Cleanliness could be better. I had my parents vaccinated (booster) this week. Nurse Ms. Nisha is very professional and talented.

You will immediately get distinguished if you have medicals scheduled through third party vendor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff have done mistake in vaccination process i have registered for covaxin 1st for my sister but covidshield was given. Certificate was issued of covaxin. As this was my sister's first dose it was ok, but if in case someone is having second dose and this mistake happens it can risk there health. So staff should be more careful. The staff is rude as well.
