★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place with zero accountability. They collected blood samples for my entire family which is covid positive. Gave us 2 reports and refuse to give or even answer for the remaining reports and it’s day 3 from sample collection. This after charging us 3 times their rack rates for priority reports. Do NOT go these guys - they are cheats. I regret going to them just because I am trying to help coordinate this for my family remotely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unhelpful staff are sitting there who cannot even help a patient and are also least interested to listen to patients problem and give a suggestion. The worst Apollo clinic I have ever called for appointment.

The doctor is so well behaved and humble but all the staff in the Apolo clinic members are so rude , arrogant , bad behaviour , not giving answers properly specially a lady in 2nd floor with Saree she is judging and passing comments on patient. This has to Stop please check and rectify. Horrible staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service provided by Apollo P.A.SHAH Road , Calcutta at the medical camp conducted at DLF IT PARKS - 1 & 2 . Great coordination by Mr Arindam Kundu ( Corporate Executive ). The attending phlebotomists and the technicians were well trained and experienced . Looking forward to have more such Medical Camps with Apollo in the corporate sector. - Ujjal Dutta For Rajkumar Ambulance Service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst clinics for vaccination, as they open the vaccine batch (lot) only after certain number of customers are available. Poor customer management. Needs to improve on time management as well. Not recommended at all for vaccination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the staff in the first floor is just not tolerable. We came with our kids for Dr. Lokesh pandey. kids are getting impatient. just asked a simple question in the reception when will Dr come. And u should have seen her face and theway she has responded. I can assurr we dont get such treatment even in Government Hospital. We choose Apollo for good service not for such staffs by pqying huge amount. Management to look into staff behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst staff and customer service by Apollo south city branch.
Staff behaviour is so rude that they don't even bother to reply to the query asked by the customer.
They will give attention only when you will pay the bill or you have to go for some medical test and they can loot some handsome amount from you.
This is not a bar or restaurant that people are going to spend their leisure time over there , due to some medical issues we have to visit by paying hefty amount of money.
But unfortunately the behaviour of the staff and the man management is pathetic and unprofessional..
TRY TO AVOID THIS BRANCH IF POSSIBLE ❌❌❌❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of covid protocols they often do not allow patients to wait on 1st and 2nd floors because of rush. People have to sit at the ground floor. Despite provision of AC facility, they do not switch them on and patients have to wait for hours which is extremely disappointing specially in such sultry weather. Further they often have no information, neither try to reach out to the doctor to know the exact timings. Thus patients have to wait for hours. Moreover the behaviour of the staff and management is ridiculous. The worst of all the Apollos at Kolkata.
