β β β β β Front reception staff behaviour is worst. After check up and providing report they took 1 hour. The staffs are gospping and in their personal phone calls. I felt so worst. When I asked report, she is replied to wait again. Already I was waited 1 hour.

β β β β β Hospital infastructure is good, maintains hygiene, doctors are good, everything is nice but one thing that overshadow all these is the rude impolite behaviour of the receptionist. I request apolo to maintain their staff quality because a good customer service is also very important.

β β β β β Very worst experience, not allowing patients to wear a foot wear, not providing any shoe cover, poor hygiene, toilet is pathetic, poor behaviour of the staff. Recommend large improvement

β β β β β A branch of Good heath care center but here a clinic without hospitality services also few staffs are responding very rude which should not be happen with any patient, even they don't help anything to senior citizens, no weel chair available, even clinic premises are not cleaned properly. I had very bad and unsatisfied experience. Felt like they just need money for every thing. Do not expect any kind of hospitality service.
