★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All things are expensive here. Best part is- you pay for your own vaccination and don't even provide a proper invoice. Are the vaccines smuggled? I liked a personnel who took my blood, they were so fine in their job. Good Job "A" one star to them. Kudos. Search better opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating is for Staffs only. Staffs are really Rude and Harsh. I went there with my Mom. After paying the consultation fees, when I asked my appointment number, the receptionist replied harshly that I have to wait for my turn, and she cannot do anything which is not in her scope. Indeed she knew my consultation number, she denied to disclose saying "please sit down and wait". Doctors are much kind than the nurses and receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing good is the vacant reception. The doctor reception does not receive calls times. Moreover, the timings of online appointment is not updated. I booked a doctor for 4pm visit. It was only after I reached the clinic I got to know that the doctor comes at 5pm. The portal must be updated. Moreover, they don't accept card payments!! I had go outside and find an ATM to pay cash! Shame! Thankfully, the doctor was on time that day.
The report delivery system is pathetic. You have to call multiple times to get a soft copy. There is no automatic reporting system. So unless you call multiple times, you won't get your reports. Unexpected from the Apollo band!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A praiseworthy medi clinic with efficient and much well-behaved staffs who always provide services with humble approaches and smiles which are priceless for every patient and their family, according to me. Today, I went to the clinic for seeking their supports in vaccination process for my ailing old aged mother, who needed that service at home. Mr. Anupam and Ms Kamalika managed everything without a single moment delay and my mother got the vaccination without any hazards. I'm really overwhelmed and grateful to both of them as well as to the Apollo Sodepur Clinic for their marvellous systems and kind supports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked appointment for MRI of Spine. Yesterday. Today we arrived. They created the bill and took the payment of rs 7500/-
Told use to wait. We waited for about an hour. Then they r calling us and saying machine is not working. We just wasted A day inspite being in an emergency. They have no responsibility. They could have told ys before. We could have visited another clinic.literally not expected this from Apollo. There was no other patient for the same test. Literally visible no one comes here for serious tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! Never expected this at Apollo Clinic! They called us today at 2.30. made us wait for 1 hour 10 mins then saying us that there is some machine fault and we cannot do the MRI rn. I am going back with my patient. They are asking us to come tomorrow again. I have travelled for 1 and half hours to take my patient here and what I got? This??? I told them we have emergency! I told them we need the report asap! I told them I have HRCT report which says Metastasis found in spine! They are just not capable of being Medical officers!

The very best thing is they always do the same with a pleasent smile in their face.
Which is really priceless for patient & their family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no communication to patients regarding the availability of certain tests. i took an appointment for MRI test, they noted down my number, patient's name and what not. the next day, upon reaching there, we got to know that MRI machine's getting updated. they didn't think of informing the patients beforehand. we were asked to wait, and after 1.5hrs we were told machine's not set up yet so they cant confirm if the test can be done today -_-
