I visited for full body checkup, proper guidance was missing,
1. my appointment was for 11 AM, but doctor were not available,
2. staff is asking to visit multiple times,
3. no breakfast was served as like other hospitals,
4. website is also not good, it is very difficult to download reports, that to all are not available on website
5. No lady doctor available for lady patient
6. While we visited all staff along with their managers were busy in celebrating Christmas, it took around 45 min for registration one important point to note is we were on fasting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for vaccination, thank you so much for vaccines and the service to the community but I've some feedback to share.
1. Please respect time, I had booked time slot of 12.30 to 2pm, I reached at venue around 1pm and left around 3.30pm.more than 2 hours of wait in the crowd is not good for Covid. Kindly manage the bookings, time and crowd properly.
2. In the attached image you can see vaccination is happening in the light of mobile torch during power cut.
I can understand such situations at government vaccination facilities opened in schools etc. but this is not expected from a big chain like Apollo.
Vaccination in mobile torch is risky. Having 50+ folks waiting at vaccination center is risky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support staff from Apollo click are very supportive. Deepak from Nigdi Apollo clinic was very helpful throughout the entire process of getting tested. He was apt in his work and upto the mark. 5 stars for him!!

Online report you will receive after check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer service, was here for corporate health check and found staff very cooperative and punctual, Deepak tole from blood testing was very supportive in attending. Would recommend this to everyone, ensure you are explaining health package and schedule well before visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited here for precaution Covaxin dose. & Experienced that apollo Nigdi have Very polite & Experienced vaccination staff. Very smooth & speedy process.
The Nurse has first confirmed the vaccine by showing vaccine bottle & batch number ?. The breathing instructions by nurse helped to reduce the needle penetration feeling.
Overall Perfect management. Thank you apollo for such fast service ✌️✌️
