★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So inefficient. They collected sample of my ailing mother. After 2 days when I called for reports, they said sorry we need to collect the sample again because we had too much work load. We missed the doctor appointment for not having the report on time. Such irresponsibility is utterly unacceptable.
