★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was more of a ayurvedic massage center than a diagnostic center. There was no bar coding to make sure samples don't mix up. He just wrote my name name with a marker pen on the sample Bottle. When I gave him the sample he took it and left it under the reception desk. When asked he said the sample collection person is almost there and he will pick up the sample s from the reception desk. I also saw few blood samples left on the reception desk. This is how they preserve the samples. Moreover they charge a premium price. I went there for urine routine for which he charged me Rs.190. Where as the same test in Padmashree diagnostic is Rs.100. Padmashree is more professional with all processes in place. Just to save some time of traveling to Padmashree I opted to go for Apollo diagnostic in nagarbhavi. But I regret my decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why it takes 1 whole day for reports. Isn't apollo labs in Bangalore equipped to do atleast creatine test?? They said we have sent sample to Hyderabad for Creatine test!!! If you want to visit Apollo get ready to empty ur pockets and still not assured of quality of report results.. Definitely I don't recommend this place to visit.

I am not sure how come this place has such good reviews, because the experience I had is nothing worth what it shows.
On my recent visit, I got pricked thrice for a simple post prandial blood check and the incompetent, probably unqualified lady couldn't draw any blood even the third time. She kept saying I had thin veins but the previous day her colleague was able to draw my blood in a single attempt. I didn't want to risk another attempt and asked for a refund for the test but they refused.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody who cares for their blood and money, totally worst experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever diagnostic centre that I, have visited. They do not even have a billing system and you need to make payment to the personal account for getting any service. Please be aware that you do not get any bills in case you need them for any reimbursement try a different centre.
