★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have collected the sample on 26.04.21 and promised to give me the report on 28.04.21 but today is 29.04.21and I yet not received my report. And the sample collector is making excuses now. Don't try at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collect blood at the given address of patient. Staff is good. Response on whatsapp. But discrepancy in name takes 15 Days for correction. No receipt provided for partial advanced payment. I have paid Rs. 3000. More 1610 is to pay. No report through email upon partial advanced payment.

Much better branch is Malancha apollo diagnostics. DonT get any service done Through tengra branch as employees are very much lethargic and rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unskilled front desk staff, they were sitting without masks, I went for IGG antibody test, the front desk female said you can take full antibody test, you will get IGM and IGG break up, I agreed, but on receiving the report only Total antibody reading was there without breakup, when I tried to call them they do not pick up your phone, I think it's the worst Diagnostic center in kharagpur. Think twice before visiting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boys and Girls for sample collection are very cooperative. But the fornt desk workers are pathetic. They didnt even pick up your phone to let you know when report will be available.Making delay in providing reports just because of their casualness. If you call them more than 3 times for report , they will block your phone and if you manage to call from other phone they will behave quite rudely.. Never go for them.. Chose Malancha Branch. Seems better or chose Lalpath

She literally does not know how to talk to people, is very very rude and takes every person's request for granted Such people should not be recruited in the field of hospitality to serve people. She alone is responsible for Apollo's declining popularity in Kharagpur. You can read other reviews and see that every person has complained about her. If it was in my hands, every customer would get a chance to slap her once for one diagnostic. We should be generous and kind to people on today's times, but epople like her misuse their job profile very badly. She will have a special place in hell.
