★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who sits in the counter who takes the name of patients is too much arrogant , she inserts the patients according to her choice. Even though your name is written early she arranges it according to her whims and fancies . The patients who oils her can go first to show the doctor. It's so disappointing . We waited for almost 3 hrs although our name was before she inserted other patients which was not atall according to the serial no.
