★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous experience for an Ultrasound test in this hospital. Response is poor. Lady at billing was not clear whether the test we paid for is valid for 1 time or 3 times. The responsibility is ours completely. Situation in radiology is exactly as per attached pic. Absolutely chaotic and no one to manage the crowd. The basic commonsense of keeping doors closed and curtains completely sealed during a test doesn't exist here. Especially in the case of females going for tests, it's a very uncomfortable situation as there is always someone opening the door or peeping through it. Hospital administration should look into this immediately as it's a very uncomfortable situation.
We are only coming to this hospital for the sake of an effecient doctor if not I will completely avoid.
few additional pointers:
1. None of the sanitizers on corridors are refilled
2. Most of the hospital attendant are either not wearing masks or wearing it under the mouth. Didn't want to click/post their pictures as this jobs are their livelihood
3. Billing section takes way too much and long queus. Why dont you give an auto payment option for tests and appointments through the app or make the billing queues more organized.
I don't need an automated response from Hospital admin. Picture speaks for itself and kindly take necessary action to make things better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt blessed that I chose Apollo for the treatment. Here the doctors are experienced and friendly too. When I found the news about my health condition I got worried much but,after listening to doctors I have become normal. The entire crew including sisters are very supportive. Now I am recovering ...thank you Apollo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got my mother's knee operated in this hospital. It has been very smooth experience right from the interaction with the surgeon to the discharge. The surgeon Dr. Abdul D Khan encourages interaction at every stage and provide guidance to the patients. The facilities at hospital is also excellent. Food is hygienic at reasonable cost. As the details of package is explained well in advance there was no worry of escalating the cost of the surgery and hospital expenses. It's worth getting the knee surgery in this hospital.

One star reduced for Hospital administration attitude & behaviour! They are just Gold digger. Beware!!! Before admission for surgery just confirm the price particularly if it is form insurance. During discharge it will take a whole day for clearance! So, plz plan accordingly!
But... Doctors are really gooood! For OPD surely can try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital was good and hygienic. There is also a temple within the hospital premises. It is good for those who are wealthy or company sponsored or referred patient or patients having medical insurance. The doctors and staff are well trained. I was vaccinated here for Covid-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is from my relatives perspective. I went thier to visit one of my relatives who was admitted with complaint of cad . Staff were awesome who guided me to the patient and cleared my doubt regarding the patient . Nursing officers expecially chandrakala,priyanka,padmavathi were very efficient with good knowledge on subject and cases. Consultants were the best . No words to express.. they loved the atmosphere and felt like a second house. Probably i would definetly suggest this hospital .
