★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mostly found definciency of required medicine in this shop.
Pathetic service in terms of dealing in shop and home delivery is even worse experiences.
I tried home delivery 4-5 times when I was in need and they committed to deliver twice and ultimately never delivered after many follow ups.
I decided to stay away from this shop atleast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billing is quite slow.. you'll have to wait a lot definitely.. also, there are some OTC products which they'll have their own branded items only.. but this is the only pharmacy here and is reliable in it's volume.

I called for asking some medicines for elders. they told me "aakar pata karo" is lockdown me aakar hi pata karega har koi to phone kyu hai. whatsapp nahi share kar rahe h ye log they doing job only they dont need to connect customers.

- Can give more stares if will consider medicines availability
- accept digital wallets as well like paytm, phonepe, mobikwik.
- One major con is that very slow service is here. Staff if very slow to cater customers. Long wait time is here. I dislike this only point about this branch of pharmacy.
- Most of the time u will fimd someone new in staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered medicines from Apollo Pharmacy, Cherry County around 12.30 PM today and when it was not delivered by 6 PM, I called back to check. I was rold, it was out for delivery. By 7 PM, when it was still not delivered, I called back again. I was told society guards at gate did not allow medicines to be delivered and hence the guy came back.. Guards always call on intercom/mobile., I did not reveive any call. Finally delivered part order at 9 PM!! I asked the guy who came foe delivery - he said he spoke to me over the phone! How many times can one lie? Low professionalism and service. NOT dependable. Next time onwards, shall getting medicines from some other chemist.
