★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel at this shop are not suitable to be in the medical profession. They tried to kill me by intentionally delaying the delivery of two life saving drugs. I had a doctor's prescription but still they kept me waiting without any valid reason. The personnel posted at the shop on 28.04.22 at around 8 p.m. should be sacked with immediate effect. I was having a heart attack. I visited the outlet on the said date and time and asked for two medicines urgently. They intentionally made me wait for 5 minutes as I was having the heart attack and even after 5 minutes they intentionally delayed the billing process by a few more minutes until in my urgency and dire need I was forced to leave the shop without getting the medicine. Later I got the medicine from the Hindustan More outlet and then took admission on an emergency basis at NH R N Tagore Cardiac Hospital and thus was saved from death by cardiac arrest. Yesterday after angioplasty, I was discharged from the hospital. If I had waited at Apollo Fartabad then I could have very well died. Then who would be responsible for my demise? The personnel at Apollo Fartabad. Therefore all of them should be immediately dismissed from service or severely reprimanded or given some sort of exemplary punishment in terms of monetary fines or penalty. I strongly object to such callous behaviour by the employees of such a reputed brand. Life and death is not a matter of joke. But the employees at Apollo Fartabad think that life of the customer is a matter of joke. That way they are no less than criminals. Intentionally delaying delivery of life saving drug to a person having a cardiac arrest is nothing less than a criminal offence.
