we wanted to redeem our apollo points but he was reluctant to do it.. after a lot of argument he let us redeem our points..
in the final bill, he wrote the name of doctor that he wanted to write and not the actual one that we were telling him to..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There used to be a time when Apollo pharmacy was The Trusted pharmacy store.. had a very good experience with the in-house (located inside the hospital)but this store neither cares to offer you alternative nor will pick up the phone and answer.

Which is high unacceptable. people who deal with medical stuff definitely require education ,respect and manners. selling medicines is not selling vegetables on street. and even people who sell vegetables on street are more respectful. This idiots have no knowledge and making fun. Providing wrong informations and talking to me like they are doing some favors on me. They need to learn when customers come when they purchase then company makes money and then at the end they get money so they can feed family.
