★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible delivery service. Delivered medicines after 4 hours and numerous calls. Not even once they said that it will take time to deliver. Everytime it was told that medicines will be delivered in next half an hour. Pathetic. The staff has shameless attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional attitude. At the counter they had assured me that we will deliver your medicine by 11pm, you can order by 10:30. I called at 10:15 pm one night for some emergency medicine, and the guy responded that I'm sorry but I'm about to close the shop. I said ok don't deliver just wait 10 minutes I will come get it, he said I am closing the shop, come in the morning now.
Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are paying some amount to them for order some medicine, They didn't refund you your money during delivery of medicine also you have to pay full amount of medicine. For your advance payment , they will tell you to take other medicine to adjust advance money. They are not ready to return your money.
I can not believe, such type of behavior from a reputed brand.
It is not good for long term business.
You must have to discuss to Sales Men for such type of harassment.
