★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsible customer service from these pharmacy staff, they are very arrogant towards customers,Even they are talking on their personal calls when dealing with customers.I have never seen such kind of staff in any Apollo pharmacy except this branch ,even they are miss guiding customers if the medicine is available also, they simply stating medicine is not available and couldn't be delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought perlice cream which does not have a seal or user manual/leaflet inside the pack. IT MUST BE OPENED and USED as it appears!! Most of the times they dont want to give bill and change unless we insist on it. Never expect this kind of service from APOLLO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy on calls or chatting among them even after customer arrival just like a behaviour in shopping malls.
Ask an item which is infornt of them they say we didn’t have stock, if we show the product they say we are confused. No clue what item is available with them. If u didn’t get any medicine in this branch approch neighbourhood shop he will get it from apollo shop, weird but fact.
Usually they don’t give bill?? Need to Ask them for the discount. Need to demand for the bill and for the points to be added. Laazzzyy people.
