Respected sir, With due regards and humble submission,I Richa Saxena,residing at panchsheel greens 2,would like to complain against apollo pharmacy which is located in Ajnara lee garden society at gautam budh nagar,noida extension,near ek murti as the matter of fact i have made order for some medicines (fever and vomiting for my 3 years son) and ORS tetra pack of 6 by 6:52 pm on 10th April 2021, as i was travelling from agra and my son who is 3 years old was not feeling well,i called apollo pharmacy as per my family doctors prescribed advice and as my husband was in office and would be coming late,i ordered for home delivery as stated by 6:52 pm and since then i have made several calls to apollo pharmacy for medicines till 9 pm ,but no one turned up as i was alone with my son at home and can not leave him just for medicines which i ordered from apollo pharmacy,Ajnara lee garden,noida extension by 6:52 and waited till 9:10pm. As my husband was very worried and baffled as he came from office by 9 pm i told that i have made order by 6:52 pm but till now no one turned up with medicines from apollo pharmacy and the people incharge in apollo pharmacy,Ajnara lee garden where just bluffing me since 6:52 to 9:10 pm,i am here by mentioning the name(Krishna kumar,Anil kumar and delivery boy Love as mentioned by pharmacy incharge) of the incharges and the delivery boy who deliberately not delivered my order, for Apollo pharmacy,Ajnara lee garden,noida extension,near ek murti . The most annoying part is when my husband came from office and coordinated with the apollo pharmacy people and took the delivery boy (Love) number and had called him ,the delivery boy named Love told that it will take more 30 min to deliver the order rather he adviced me to collect the medicines by myself(Recording and call logs available)as the matter of fact he has delivered all distance deliveries and the society which is just adjacent to Apollo pharmacy ,Panchsheel greens 2 ,the delivery boy was making ambiguous statement that he was cought by the police as during other deliveries he was fine just for my delivery he was not available,this shows the intention of Apollo pharmacy as incharge krishna kumar and anil kumar was in full support to delivery boy(LOVE) as i was bit strict talking to delivery boy as my son was ill and has done several vometings and was waiting for the medicines since 6:52 pm . I am here by attaching few details as proof as this shows the wrong intention of the Apollo pharmacy ,Ajnara lee garden,noida extension,near ek murti,gautam budh nagar,which is defaming the brand by such brats or gundas who do not owe any responsibility or ownership for there duties and moreover do not feel sorry or apologies for there rude and irresponsible behaviour as they are themselves backed by the apollo pharmacy incharge who was rather advicing me to lower down rather than his irresponsible staff and delivery boy. As a citizen of india it was my moral responsibility to share my reviews so that in this pandemic ,no one suffers due to the irresponsible behaviour of Apollo pharmacy who is holding such big name . I request you to kindly take this complain on utmost priority and do the needful in saving the society as i was literate i wrote many doesnt? Wrong items delivered!!!!, for a pharmacy wrong items being delivered cannot be expected. It's a serious issue. And the customer service is pathetic.

Worse service ever. Executives are taking order on call but not deliver and always tailing lie as order is out for delivery when call them for get delivery status and at the end they told me we did not note down the order. And this is not the first time it is repeating more than 5 times. Request to hire management to take the matter seriously because it break the trust on apollo service
