★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience... Staff is very arrogant. I went to return a bottle of betadien gargle and the person on billing counter broke the seal and denied to take the gargle back. Fortis pharmacy is adjacent to apollo., They have good staff and treat customer well. I recommend Fortis pharmacy as compared to Apollo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff... Went there to purchase something. Turns out they charged me higher than the listed price by Rs. 30. I noticed and objected. They had billed me the new price on an old version of the product. Quickly, they tried to give me the same product which had a higher marked price. I objected again to which they replied hamari kya galti hai.m and asked me to return all items I had paid for.. absolutely unprofessional.

Will buy medicines from some other store in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff/ salesmen of this pharmacy are discourteous, rude and lack manners as to how to talk to customers. They try to mislead and trick customers by denying them realisation of any reward points. Even when you are paying them by non-vash methods, they would press for hurry, as though they are doing a favour to the customer, by accepting payments. Disgusting & disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here has not been good, the staff here does not seem to be interested in the customer, everyone who is standing at the customer counter worries more about the online medicine people, while being a medicine, they say that Sir this medicine Can't give it to you because otherwise online medicine people will get troubled. So why are you keeping the store open, the medicines that Apollo Pharmacy has given to us, we cannot get useless services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see that Apollo Pharmacy reviews about their staff are very poor here in Sector 62 Noida Tot mall but very shamefully Apollo Pharmacy didn't do anything on that and today I am the victim of this bad behavior and disgusting service.
The guy name Rajesh Gupta from Apollo Pharmacy, Sector 62 Tot Mal has misbehaved me because I asked him to find a small pack of XL size diapers for my baby. He wants to sell me a large-size apollo diaper but I said I want XL. Eventually, he told the other guy to tell me to find by myself from the shelves and said he cannot waste time on one customer though the shop was completely empty. He simply denied to help me for no reason. They made me wait and pretended that I am not there. There was no reason for this bad behavior what they did with me to make me feel insulted and less. It was around the time of 2 pm IST 9 Feb 2021. He tried to threaten me and told me to do whatever I want when I told him that I will complain about him. His supervisor was there and he was also not saying anything and just tried to side his way. I feel very insulted and humiliated, I am a registered and regular customer of Apollo Pharmacy. If this type of behavior we expect from Apollo Pharmacy employees then why should we go to buy and shop there? I want strict action against this guy and must be removed. I will go to all the platforms beat each consumer forum, social media platforms to share my bad experience with Apollo Pharmacy.
I feel very insulted and humiliated. I was threatened and thrashed. They hurt my self-respect.
I want Apollo Pharmacy must remove this guy Rajesh Gupta from the pharmacy or need compensation for such a bad experience.
