★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carelessness towards the customer.... Response time is very more and I saw a lady of 75years waiting with prescription for more than 15mins for their response.... Attention towards the purchase quantity is more in the staff...I'm not at satisfied with the service. If you are busy bee I highly suggest you visit some other medical shop nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a mess, no proper customer service what's so ever I have always had a problem with this out let. I stay just nearby may 5-7min it wud take by a two wheeler, three past still no delivery when I called to confirm then he tells me it will take some more time maybe in the evening or by tonight ull get ur order that's how pathetic this out let is. If I could give them a zero I would coz even one star is too much.......

They are negligent
Poor service
Arrogant behavior
Unhygienic
Most of them,almost all day they are without mask
They doesn't even care to say whether the medication is available or not.
Requesting management to place efficient staff

Drugs which are mostly available in other apollo pharmacies are not available here.
Staff are not wearing masks properly and one person doesn't have a mask.
Behavior of the staff is not appropriate.
You have to wait 5 to 10 min just for their response.
Highly inefficient staff.
The maintenance is poor and unhygienic.
The reputation of APOLLO PHARMACY will be ruined by this, Please Improve.
