★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given half star of it was possible. Very badly maintained pharmacy. They take pre order of medicines saying they will inform once available and simply forgets to place order eith their wholesale branch..they dont inform customer also. I ended up taking follow ups with them almost 4 weeks!!! Billing process is also very also. I spent my 45 minuets in this pharmacy just to get my medicines and bill even though there were only 2 customers including me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 4 star rating for the attention given by staff, the they checked the medicine details online as the brand I was asking was not available and they given the appropriate medicine (after matching the salt). It took me 10 mins to buy medicine but that was helpful
will recommend to others as well.
parking at the spot is a challenge so it's preferable to use 2 wheeler as that will be an easy business to handle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask if they can deliver first before you place home delivery order to avoid surprises. They will avoid you by simply saying they will deliver only next day. Horrible experience. Not there when you need them the most!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience the last 2 times I have ordered medicines from this branch of Apollo Pharmacy in Aundh.
Customer service is awful. The knowledge of staff regarding medicine names is non-existent. Often -- it appears there is no pharmacist present at the location because one has to explain and spell out the names of the medicines. If it is an order that they have to backorder, there is no follow up. Promises made about delivery are --more often than not-- not adhered to. On the phone some employees are arrogant. One employee went so far as to say he does not care if the customer receives the order or not -- and it is not his problem. When asked for the name and number of their senior/boss, the employees refused to give it. What are they scared of and why? After 2 weeks of order not being received -- I had to order from a different pharmacy.
Watch out APOLLO -- u have a very bad apple here in Aundh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
