★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very awful behaviour of senior staff. The seniormost person should actually behave properly with the staff. He should also use his common sense which he doesn't have. How do you expect the chemist to help a customer if she wont look at the prescription. The exact inappropriate words used by that rude person was "customer se parchi sirf tab lo agar tum usko medicine de sakte ho, nhi to faltu pareshan mat karo" This guy needs to improve his behavior while talking to his co-workers!!

Available, they will write your requirement in register, will never call back, staff will keep on talking among themself instead of attending to customer, printer never works for billing.
