Most of the time they don't have products, they book the product with advance payment but for the delivery have to wait. After 12 hrs still they don't know what has been ordered. Worst and pathetic service and i suggest not to purchase from this shop. More often they even don't know about the products.

Today I’m sharing my experience with Apollo medical store in our mart. A very bad experience which can become nightmare for anyone. My doctor prescribed a medicine last week that I purchased from Apollo. I was eating it every day as prescribed but still was not getting any better. Today I went for a follow up and told dr about it . She saw my medicine and told this is not I prescribed. I was shocked and scared at the same time. I confronted the Apollo supervisor later and how he had to say was sorry . But it won’t help everytime. By gods grace nothing bad happened but How can a medical store not understand the impact of medicine we have on us. Please double check while purchasing any medicine from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken few covid medicines that doctors prescribed. Few medicines are not in used so I went to return. Then the chemist shopkeepers said that they are not returning the medicines. Although they abused me that whenever I purchased, I should think that it will be useful or not. All these medicines are prescribed by doctor. How should I know it will be useful for me or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't rating which I can give less than this, hence giving 1 Star here. In the beginning when the shop was new, they were polite, but the moment their business grew they started disrespecting customers. In my case I was giving them a regular business of approximately of around 4k weekly, but I kinda pulled myself back, when they started speaking rudely. What they don't know is, the speed by which someone's business grows, if you treat your customers with respect, it can go down, with the similar speed, if you insult them. I am pretty sure there will be others who might have faced similar behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are pathetic people, first they did not provide me all tablets which was in perception when I immediately inform they denied. When I asked to check CCTV they told me they will check whenever they free. Now after 7 day I called their reply is same. Pls ? do not go there. They are fraud....and cheater.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ace city Apollo pharmacy branch is the worst one. I placed an order at 3.30 pm, one of the medicines as was not available they asked to wait till 5.30 pm. Even till 7 pm I was waiting. And they delivered the medicines at 11.10 pm without the one I waited for.
And some of their delivery agents are not even vaccinated. Pathetic really.
