Only sale normal medicine just like crossin, PCM.
I want to the shop for around 5th times for different medicine for each time but returned home with empty hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently was transferred from Pune to Ghaziabad, and was a regular customer of the Apollo Pharmacy in Pune. The Apollo service in Pune was impeccable in checking with customer for medicine refill and arranging medicine deliveries if they were out of stock.
I got a very different attitude and lazy behavior from the staff in Apollo Pharmacy in Shalimar Garden, Ghaziabad. I inquired for some medicines from last 2 days and they always say that they will order and bring it from nearest center. But every time I go they are making excuses that delivery boy forgot the medicines. When you enter the shop itself you can see lot of sales guys but none are interested in asking the customer what they want, they are too busy chatting and making conversations. After two days of following up, I realized that they are least interested in making medicines available to customer.
I took the medicines from another Pharmacist in the same area, who promised to get more medicines and delivered it in time for my family.
I heard similar bad experiences from neighbors and friends about Apollo Pharmacy Shalimar Garden in my area.
Request you to look into the matter and maintain quality of service to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They reduced the quantity of medicines I had ordered using Apollo 24 7 App WITHOUT ASKING ME !! Moreover, the delivery is late. App showed expected delivery time as BEFORE 10:00AM, but actually the status changed to "out for delivery" only at 12:25.
Highly Disappointed !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apollo pharmacy is good option for medicines and its having vide range of medicines. Also offering discount to his card holder customers. Staff is also good. But generic medicines are being sale on MRP while there should be reasonable pricing for generic products.
