★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very arrogant and amateurish, I went for purchase of sanitary napkin and requested the staffs to wrap the stuffs with old news paper which they refused ,I have no other option but to take refund and to go to other pharmacy to purchase the staff.I don't know whether it is the policy of the apollo management or it is pharmacy specific.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless staff and uneducated, arguing with customer. When its written on medicine do not store above 30°C and you have not kept it in refregeration and arguing that its not needed. When other shops are keeping it under refregeration and you are arguing like stupid that it will freeze. Does keeping in refregeration mean freezing?Please someone teach these ignorant staffs and also the shop doesnt have enough stock of important medicines, useless, pathetic experience. I will never again visit this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though well placed and well maintained,it has the most lackadaisical management. To buy just one item,takes over 20 mins even though there isn't much of a crowd. Discounts are not properly applied and explained.
They try their luck in palming off the Apollo wellness products like the healthy seeds, without mentioning the 10% discount given in other Apollo pharmacies.
