★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, don't even listen to your question and concern. Whatever you ask them they behave as if they are doing you a huge favor by answering. Try to bring some politeness when you talk to customers.
Definately a place to avoid if you have options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service for payment, At shop debit or credit card not accepted. hence I was roaming for ATM and 2 to 3 ATM were not working nearby.
Comparatively payment took long time instead of tyre changing work.
Noticed some an issue with PhonePe too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying Apollo tyres from this place since the past 7 years. Once or twice I got duped by local puncturewalas near the highway and these guys resolved the issues with my tyres by demonstrating how people cheat unsuspecting and new drivers. Knowledgable and friendly staff. They suggested the right tyres and no duplicate tyres are kept here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No manner to talk.. don't even know how to install tyres properly.. workers are very useless.. even they will damage your vehicle/parts/products.. they are using very roughly..
They don't know how to set disc brake also..nd many more.
Better to avoid such places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even i too had worst experience with this shop.. Changed two tyres of car worth 9000 and paid using credit card but the shop owner charged 2% extra for it.. When argued said then give us cash.. No manners to talk to the customer.. Won't refer this shop to anybody..

1 - Quick service
2- people are experienced
3- All good tools and advanced equipments available
4- cash and debit card option available ( Credit card option available with a 2% extra charges)
5 - Sufficient manpower available
6- Nitrogen available
Negatives
1- drinking water option available but not hygienic
2- No seating area as changing tyres takes time should make that option available
3- Incase of tyres including tube should be careful while removing the tube as they ended my tube damaged and also replaced without even letting me know, directly the charges were visible on the bill then they told the tube is also replaced.
4- Need to be work on wheel alignment procedure as it should be accurate even after performing the align the wheel was not running the way it suppose to
5- No washroom facility.
6- No wheelchair option available
