★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called them to get info regarding the NT scan. They told me to book an appointment. I said ok, but please let me know the charges for the NT scan. But they denied to tell us on the phone, they told us to visit the centre for charges. I asked them is there anything secret in the pricing of the NT scan? But they again told me to visit the centre for details regarding charges. Then I told them to please don't book our appointment at your centre.
In the world of digitization can't you provide charges online or at least on a phone call? In the time of pandemic who will visite your centre just to ask charges for the test.
After that call I read some negative review by other users, I was shocked to see the language used by their team to reply back negative reviews. The language used by them to reply back to all negative review is pathetic. I am attaching some screenshot of their reply.
One suggestion for your social media team. Please stop using such language that, 50/- Rs USG charge in My Hospital so visit there. You are not doing it for free. Customers are paying for your services. So don't show any kind of arrogance to them via your rude reply.
If they are unhappy then you can simply say sorry. Instead of it you are arguing with them and hitting below the belt. This will low down your brand name.
Please think about my suggestion & kindly improve your social media team mindset.

I know you are going to defend with PAN card incident but for your kind information PAN is accepted at other Prestigious sonography centres (not like yours)and after visiting your center we have moved to other center and they have accepted my PAN card .
Atleast tell your staff members to behave nicely with patient.
Paid reviews they give 100 discount if you rate them good ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet place. Let them work and they will help u better. Spare time for ur health. If ur sonography Or xray Or pathology result are abnormal, then u can talk the doctor. I had twin pregnancy, 1 is abnormal and unlive today. Drapoorva explained how did it happened.
2nd baby is safe.
Also they refunded the charges since, scan was for 1 baby only.
