★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Nirmala since 2008. She built our house in Kasturi Nagar. I still go to her for many issues regarding maintenance and she regularly sends plumbers or electricians or masons to my house. She is one of those very rare old fashioned people with solid ethics. She has won my admiration. I am thankful that people like her still exist. She is kind, will not force her opinion but merely place choices in front of you and she is diplomacy personified. She regularly and unhesitatingly steps into any disputes and resolves them amicably to keep the customer happy. She manages a large workforce of contractors and has sound judgement on their selection. If I built another 10 houses I would choose Nirmala to build every one of them.
