That said, I've been working in Appinventiv since almost 5 years now. I can proudly say that we are one of the fastest growing company in India. Imagine this - 4 people starts a company and in the next 4 years there are now more than 100 people under one roof. Talk about Exponential growth. But, with all this, not everyone can be happy with everything . Still, the company never fails to strive for the best for its Employees.
The managers and Stakeholders directly interact with people and respect your views and opinions. It's a enormous organisation, loves good ideas, keeps you motivated with monthly motivational events where they invite Industry experts from different domains.
Working for almost 9 years now in various companies and technologies, I have found that if you get the right profile, that matches your interest, you will be happy and successful. Good luck to those who wants to join us and make an impact in the industry. Also, people who have left biased reviews, please speak out to the HR. They're here to listen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with appentus , but I drop the job because of no there are 6 days working environment. If other company providing 5 days working than why we should go for 6 days. Most of employees quit there job because of 6 days in a week. So please first make it 5 days in a week. Thanks

I am putting a big case against them and i need all who have had a bad experience with them. Rajat is the CEO of this company, he's very rude!! They put Stop my project in the middle and demanded full payment. Once i paid them off, they did not complete my project and when i try to come at them, they created a backend to my AWS (Server) deleted everything and refused to give my source code.. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AND I WILL SHOW YOU PROVE! YOU HAVE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THEM ( RAJAT) PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL PAY YOU $500 US.. Rajat needs to be in Jail and i m ready to pay anyone to make that possible!!!
