Appitron solutions is not a one-star company.
I have been associated with Appitron solutions for more than a few years now and I have considered it to be a very good company. It always takes care of the employees. Maybe the appraisal amounts are not as per the individual's expectation but that still does not make it a 1-star company. If an individual is not happy with money, then prove your worth and change the job. It should be that simple.
There is no micro-management from the line manager or the project manager. But if you are not working properly, you can be easily noticed in a small company and it would be highlighted.
Even in the Covid period, there were no pay cuts and no job losses
