β β β β β Wish I could rate lower than 1.The store & Staff totally lack any Service orientation & do NOT follow any rules of the Apple company and schemes
Called them yesterday at 1637 hours about a scheme & was given a quote
At 1800 hours when I walked into the store was aghast at some people attending to 2/3 customers & 2 people- a lady & a guy busy playing games on the Macs totally oblivious to our presence
When we did shamelessly asked the gentleman of the scheme he was unaware
On pushing he did ask the others to give us a quote from his mind without checking on any site as advertised in TOI front page itself of that same day
All the 4/5 staff members refuted the call at 1637 hours even when we showed them the call list only to hear donβt know who you spoke toβ- yes a Ghost
Store lacks all ethics and is a cheat & doing business by its own parameters
Wonder if the product/s are genuine too
On top No Covid Protocol followed
Best avoidedβ there are at least 5 stores around of the same brandβ just being in Khan market does not give you the Right to cheat

β β β β β I don't like their products. They lie about their products. I especially don't like Steve Jobs. I have visited this store. They aren't willing to give their phone numbers for contacting. Others phones are better in quality and at better price. Apple product is a money taking machine. A rich can become poor.

β β β β β I went to Aptronix Khan market to get the macbook pro. Anjali and shohab really helped me alot with it, they were very patient and knowledgeable, their customer service was excellent. I told them that i wanted to get the latest ipad air in a specific colour and they made sure i got it. When i went to get the ipad Kamal, Supriya, and Anjali were there and as usual the experience was quick and easy. Anjali, Shohab, Kamal, and supriya are AMAZING at their job and they're customer service is on point. Congratulations to the store to have such a good and helpful staff. ?
