★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly rude and very unprofessional staff, they have their own rules which don't abide by Apple's care policies at all. Mr Pavan Garg is one hell of a rude person and just doesn't know how to speak to the customers and is defaming Apple reputation of being a customer centric company. I had given my airpods pro for service as they were having issues with the battery and sound quality, the battery drain was not uniform in both the airpods and they were not even lasting more than 3 hours while listening to music. After keeping my devices for 3-4 days they told me there was no issue and I can collect my device, when I went there to check and showed them the exact issue live, they told me that they will send the device to Bangalore centre for further diagnosis. Again after 3-4 days they called me back again and told my device is perfectly fine, and when I asked Mr Pavan Garg, if apple states that the battery drain difference in both the airpods is okay, then I was bluntly told by him that I can do whatever I want and he specifically asked me to call Apple and tell them he is not giving the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fan of the staff here. They are very nice and polite. I had liquid damaged laptop and they tried their best and made it working, althought not fully (it was not their fault). I am surprised they didn't charged me extra for making the mac working.
This is less crowdy place so you'd have to wait only a couple of minutes.
