★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store i have ever visited in kakinada, they sell the defective products and if any problem occurs they will not take the responsibility, i bought mac book air and within 10 days of buying it's mother board was damaged and the store people refused to take the responsibility of replacing the product, for every 3 months new problem arises and the staff are not polite and doesn't think from the customer side, i strictly recommend not to buy from this store( conquer technology kkd)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only software issues are being resolved. In case of board problem, it's not at all repairable. Because of this, we have to keep the product aside. It's not at all useful. Need some solution for this also. We purchase it spending thousands on it. If it is not repaired it's become useless. All money gone in waste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are asking to pay amount without bill. I believe they are taking money from customers without company knowledge and telling if u need bill u have have to pay more else we can repair in less cost. Given complain to conquer head office email. Should take serious action on these people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience, they don’t have any service engineer, staff not ready to check more than 5 years old mackbook pro laptops but they are taking service number without permission and not responding based on customer compliant,
And giving suggestions use as it is without doing rectification.
I hope it will help-full for other customers for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience in a service centre so far, the service personnel couldn't resolve my issues, rejected to do further service asked me to contact apple online, when I contacted he was furious that I did, and lastly he went to abuse and mock me openly that I bought the phone from Amazon for offer prices and now paying the price for it, because of such sick minded people apple is losing its valuable customers day by day, I sincerely request apple to look in these poorly operated and sick minded service centres and take necessary action.
