I didn’t expect this from an Authorised apple service centre?
One of the worst experience I ever had,
I gave my iPhone 12 which all of a sudden turned off and was not turning back on,
They charged me Rs.1,400/- for diagnosis and next day they emailed me saying it failed the test so they need to replace entire back portion of the phone which they quoted me Rs.44,935/-
I attached the screenshot below check it out.
Later I approached ifix India and they fixed my device for 10k.
Much recommend to visit ifix instead of icare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my watch with working condition under the warranty and received in non-working open condition. Unprofessional people, they were not even ready to fix the screen. I gave the watch first time for service, they tampered and said it's tampered. I lost all my money. Watch is not usable. No work ethics. Never ever give anything to this idiots. They don't care about giving service to customer. Everything they will blame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and courteous staff. I went there to get an issue with my MacBook Pro rectified... truth be told, I was nervous about being slapped with a huge bill. I'd tried all the suggestions on the Apple users' forums as well as the Support site to no avail. However, the engineer (Pavan) fixed the issue in less than half an hour and was very helpful. Even better, the service cost totalled just Rs. 600/- Phew!
