Located on Hazra Road. Adjacent to Maharashtra Niwaas. Besides it is Axis Bank. Visible from the road. Ambience is good. Seating arrangement is provided. Staff is well mannered. Though sometimes they allow people from outside the queue. You have to wait. That is the con. Staff form fill up is very slow. Plus since it is Apple repairs, so cost is more. I went for my iPhone SE charging issue. Cable had to be replaced. 1 meter cable is Rs.1800. 2 meter cable is Rs.2700. Got to know that Apple Warranty is just an eyewash.

Very incompetent executives. They were trying to charge for 'diagnostics' even though my Mac-book is on warranty. Moreover they were insisting that I turn off my 'Find my phone'

terrible service, if I can use the word 'service' at all. Either they do not know their hand from their elbow, or they are outright cons. My deivce has a power back up issue, it is under warranty. they kept the device twice for a period of 3-5 days each time. The issue was not resolved, when asked they kept responding 'our diagnosis didn't show any issues'. So why is the battery draining so fast? I asked them. I sat their for thirty minutes and showed them how fast the battery of my macbook was draining. They responded 'we do not know why is it happening'. Is this how you provide service? people should sue you and drag you to consumer forums. Also, back of my laptop is a bit puffed up, and that particular region is getting hot while using it. And yet they are saying that they didn't find any issues. Either the macbook has issues, or they damaged it themselves. Terrible. I also have multiple screenshots - with date and time stamp - of power usage history (macbooks clearly show a detailed graph allowing one to easily compare loss of power with usage amount) which clearly establish that even after giving it to the service centre and the service executives providing a report mentioning 'system working properly' the battery drains heavily. Even when it is in standby mode, it keeps losing charge significantly which is NOT AT ALL SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. I mean a battery might lose 2-3 percent or maximum 5% charge overnight (though information provided on apple website mentions that on standby an apple laptop can retain power for close to a month if I remember correctly). I can share the screenshots if you like. Therefore, I am asking you to look into this matter as soon as possible because this thing is becoming too irritating for me. Also, this centre has multiple such reviews which clearly shows the incompetence of the stuff and their high handed approach, their deliberate vagueness regarding what procedures they ran to check the system or what exactly they did to locate underlying issue causing the problem. It indeed reflects poorly on this centre. I do not expect anything but arrogance and vagueness which I have already been subjected to at the centre, but in case I am wrong and you truly want to solve the issue without causing me further anguish, feel free to call me.

Very poor service quality, apple representative are not cooperative at all. Centre asking for 96 hours TAT for urgent issues. I have serious doubts about the capabilities of the technical persons working there. Apple name is getting spoiled by this kind of apple service centre. Moreover no parking facilities.

Authorized Apple service center... But.. PARKING PROBLEM !! Pros : Clean, hygenic, small service center. Helpful and knowledgeable staff Experience: Service is decent and according to apple norms, but many have faced a problem with products bought from amazon/flipkart. Apple database might not acknowledge such products and deny any service. I had my earpods checked and replaced by them without any issues. Took a few days to ship it but no complaints otherwise except PARKING PROBLEM... !!

One of the worst service system I have ever gone through, They do charge Rs. 2500 for inspection of computer and they even can't find a problem, neither they have solution for the computer. They just informed that this computer won't be started I must buy a new computer. Really it's like a joke. Anyway thank you for teaching me a lesson and improving myself.

The representatives were extremely professional and friendly... My macbook was not turning on. I was asked to bring the mac and my adapter. My adapter had stopped working. So they gave me a new adapter.(under warranty) Hardly took more than 20 minutes for the whole process of getting all the paperwork done. Thanks a ton... ??
