★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience i Not Expected This From Ngrt System Talking Sense With Customer Is Very Bad In Phone Call They Reply only in hmm haa hmm haa ok ok and ok . I am Very disappointed ☹️ And when I was asking questions on the phone call, the language of these people changes completely, I don't know but my experience was very useless.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My MacBook Pro suddenly stopped working, I took it to the NGRT...after a couple of days, I received a call from them saying that the logic board is not working so they need to replace it for 52000. I agreed Finally the laptop was fine but after a week the laptop had an issue with the backlight (researched a bit about the issue) the NGRT service said it's the display issue and need to change the display which will cost 52000/-.....not happy with the service...I even tried raising a complaint but no reply

But apple's no repair policy is worst .
They sell such costly phones and are so called best brand in business..
My phone got shut..after a fall..
After checking service centre has just one answer BUY A REPLACE PHONE..
No solution.. No problem telling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely efficient staff, very helpful behaviour.
My iPhone 12 had some issues with the microphone. It was solved in record time. I received a call from the Center that the hand set was repaired & ready to be picked up within four hours .
Thank you very much team, I wish I could give you 10stars instead of five.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. They don't respect other people's time. I got a call from the service center saying my laptop is ready. I reached the service center anticipating it would take couple of minutes as I simply had to collect my laptop. (I had already paid). But they made me wait for an hour. Huge scope for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are well trained & absolutely 5 ? but the entire appointment/walk-in process is flawed and needs lot of improvements.
For asking the technician if I can upgrade the OS or not (it's a 30 second answer), I had to wait for 1 hour. There's nothing to watch/read while waiting for an hour.
After showing my Mac, the technician replied with a satisfactory answer in less than 20 seconds which was fantastic. But, they have to give an inspection summary (as per their process) which took 3-5 mins. I would have preferred no summary or e summary. But they said that they can't email and had to print and give it to me and took my signature as well.
Hope they improve their processes. Even grocery chains have express counters & who gives printed copies these days?
