I have an I phone 12 which had a speaker problem on date of 20 Jan 2022 service center has been resolve my problem specially thanks to MR SONU je who understand my problem & solve it. Thanks to apple who have employee like you once again thank SONU je.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the service centre on 16th Dec 2021. I have an ipad air 3 which had a white spot problem in the display for almost 6 months but due to bad service at F1 and time availability I was avoiding going to the the service centre at all. After I saw this service centre by Reliance I thought to give it a chance but I am utterly disappointed with the kind of service that Apple and its third party service providers are providing in India. I was going to buy a new ipad pro for me but apple has lost a loyal customer due to its pathetic service. Apple India is not same as apple in other countries and their warranty services are also not being followed in India. In other countries they provide option of upgrading but not in India. Also they will never inform you what are the options available to you under the limited warranty.
Regarding my issue first they told me that they will replace my device within 15 days. I came back to service centre on 30th of Dec to collect the replacement unit and to my surprise the replacement unit also had a display problem despite the claim of apple that they send new products in replacement.
On asking for upgradation after my first replacement failed they completely denied and were acting very suspicious. Service centre guys told me that they have to ask apple and apple support told me that it's all in hand of service centre guys.
I visited the service centre again on 31st and talked to apple support in the service centre only so that they can not fool me again. After 30 minutes of discussion they promised me a replacement in 5 days again.
I am a working professional and these kind of pathetic service is not desirable to a person like me after paying such a hefty amount for the reliability and support of apple.
