my newborn baby girl was hospitalized as one of the local child specialised recommended us to cure our child's jaundice. However, Doctors haven't any experience or knowledge without referring unnecessary reports and X-rays (who needs X-rays to cure newborn's jaundice?)
Moreover, Doctors are arrogant and impractical and on the top of all they are as insensitive as they prefer IPL matches more than having a conversation with patient's parents.
last but not the least, in-house reports lab, in-house medical store and commission base channel with other medical personnel focus on only money.
There is same treatment for all kind of case. unwanted reports, X-rays, sonography, MRI, CT-scan and many more things are in their plan for all kind of cases. No one can leave this hospital without reaching bill to 1 Lakh. worse hospital ever. After 13 days useless treatments we shifted our child to another hospital and get satisfied result within 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best children hospital in Vapi town. They have taken care of each basic facilities you are looking for. Clean rooms, best team, affordable price, best facilities. Doctors are very nice, gentle and polite. They highly maintain hygiene, no chance for infection. Doctors gives an enough time to clear your doubts. From 3 specialist you can always get an assitance of 1 doctor 24/7, that is the best thing i like. Finally happy to see best children hospital in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Apple children hospital on 01/08/2021 for my (1 year 8 months) son's checkup. We were told by the doctor to do blood test. For blood test we were taken to PICU room where we were told parents are not allowed only child is allowed for test even after requesting them to allow us to be with our child. Although there were patients admitted in that room. On asking why parents are not allowed, sister said "AISE HI". And after that sister removed us from the room and locked the room from inside. How ethical is this. When there are already patients in the room why parents are not allowed. My son was quite for a minute in the room which is not obvious when he is left with stranger, and after that we heard him cry, I told the ward boy who was outstanding outside to open the door, he said it will take more time. This made us furious and after knocking the door 2-3 times no one opened the door. Which led us to bang the door with hand and then only the door was opened and we saw sister putting tape on my son's hand. When asked did she collected blood sample. She said no we only put the needle and removed it.
How would parents know what is happening in the room whit their child.
When asking the doctor about this behaviour, he said parents sometimes get dizzy or faint when they see blood. What a nonsense reason when parents do know the situation that they can handle since they have already gone through this various times when they take their children for different vaccination.
My experience at this hospital was worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital deserved zero star but there is no option to assign them. Very third class and faltu service they provide. I doubt whether their staff is qualified or not. People must write concern authority to carry audit of this useless hospital.
