To whomsoever it concern
I am small gym owner in Akkalkot. It has been 6 month since i have started my gym with hope of providing good service to the citizen of Akkalkot. For the purcahse of equipment i visited apple fitness and i was promised all the equipment will be provided in 1 month but they took almost 3 months and even after taking 2 more extra months they still have to provide half of the equipment. due to this i am losing lot of business to my compititor and When i call them they dont pick the call and also the company promised equipment servicing after 1 year even this promised is unfulfilled. The promise made and service delivery is very disappointing if you dont fullfill the terms i have no choice but to file a police complaint for failing to adhere to terms of contract. I still request you to please contcat with me immediately and solve my issues. Otherwise i will be forced to take strict action as my livelihood depends on it.

The gym is not at all customer (member) centric, what they care for is just money, money and money. They claim that they have certified trainers which they don't. The equipment in the gym are minimal which any normal gym would have with 1 or 2 extra pair of machine to lure you in. It is not at all value for money. They charge more than what they have to offer.
If you want to join this gym then keep it as your last option. There are other gyms out there offering same or better experience for reasonable amount of money.

Owner is rude.no maintenance of equipments .if you want to injured self then join this gym.
Pathetic management, they only care about money, not safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good GYM, Good service they open at 5.30 am, even Sunday and public holidays they are ON which is make different them from others.
One concern about equipments - it's old and need proper maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is decent for workout. All equipped with proper equipments and machines. Trainers are also good and guide for every exercise. It includes weight training, common hall for yoga,zumba,etc.Also they have steambath. Overall a nice place for exercise.
