Let me tell you my experience.
Firstly, i took appointment for service of my activa on phone(Almost a week ago). And when i reached their i found that they didn't booked my appointment. First shock.
Second, when i went back to receive my vehicle it wasn't washed and they said we washed it just few minutes ago. And honestly it wasn't washed.
Third, After sending it to wash again, i noticed that charging socket was missing. When i asked where's the charging socket they said it wasn't there. Total careless staff. Without permission the mechanic removed it and didn't fixed it.
Fourth, i spent 2600 on service. And the problem i had was there only even after spending this much on service.
Still i am facing the same issue and even worst that today only my vehicle wasn't starting for more than an hour.
These all experience i had in one service... Can you imagine how frustrating it is?
Don't waste your money and time on them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Team is not at all reliable, They committed to give bike in 3 days and after 5 days, they are asking for week more.
Apart from that, lot of communication gap, they create fake problems and charge for the same. Even they are not available on calls.
Worst service center HONDA. DO NOT PREFER APPLE HONDA FOR SERVICE.

Also they said that they will call as soon as service complete,but they have not informed.
Also when we went at show room and once again called them and still they are saying that it is not completed..but when we asked the person over there they said all vehicles are already ready.after that we made payment which took almost 40 min...worst customer service and they are lieing...

They will try to prrove wrong saying that this is not occureed with you.but last week they did service for my activa. They have not called me back also payment took almost 55 min..very rude behaviour of the staff. Noone wearing the mask ..very dangerous to go there..worst place i would say..please repair or service your vehicle with local mechanic..they charged almost 5 times then the local mechanic..overall worst very worst. baklol log chala raha hai..also they will reply on this comment also for sure with the same thing..I know that..because people over there are baklol..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst showroom i would have ever visited in my life. And also the worst employees i would have ever talked to. The employees of the service centre doesn't have the proper way of communicating with the customers. Everyone in the service centre lets the customer do ups and downs in the centre for the whole time but the problem of the customer wouldn't be listened by any of the employees..
