Was supposed to get my device within 8 days received after 22 days and still had to wait for 2 hours in the service centre they need to hand over the service centre to another person to run , shame in the name of apple

β β β β β They misbehave with their Customers ...specifically one girl is their she's soo rude she don't knw how to talk with the customer.when am showing them the problem they are refusing to solve it and they didn't want to replace my iPhone 13 all of sudden they starts screaming on me without any reasons. Pathetic service with zero knowledge. Don't go for any service in this service center

β β β β β I was having issue with the left ear piece of my AirPods pro. They received my device and informed that there is a manufacturing defect with the left unit and it will be replaced without charge since my device was still under warranty. Even though it took some time for me to get a replacement, i am happy with the service.
Special Shoutout to Mr. Sudipto at the front desk, who received my device and processed it. He was really helpful and explained the issue properly to me.

β β β β β My phone had a black screen of death issue and initially I was little scared going here credits to all the negative reviews I read on gmaps.
They replaced my phone without asking any questions within a week and they have been polite the whole time and my phone was bought online from Flipkart and was under warranty. Iβm not sure about others experience but mine was good.

β β β β β Please donβt trust them with your apple products.. even if they are authorised by apple. I had visited this place for my MacBook, they quoted some 30K and said logic board is spoilt. I spent the initial 3K for them to diagnose the issue. I did not go ahead with the further repair and came back with the same to Dubai ( as I reside here). I gave it for repair here where I came to know that they dinβt even close my laptop properly and left all the screws loose. There was only a chip in the logicboard which was shot and I paid INR 9000 for the same. Whereas, these guys quoted me 30K, I wasted my 3K for them to check and they took 5 days to check the issue. Here I got my repair done in 2 days.
Useless! Apple should reconsider them before giving them the authorised tag.

β β β β β Not well behaved and trained staffs . Out of 4 tables only 1 is working and other three staffs are just sitting and gossiping . Too much crowded and no interest in doing the work fast . The staffs are rude and does not say anything to the customer . When you buy a 1 lakh rupees product you expect a minimum service from its service centers but they are not at all providing that too
