★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Not a Authorised Service Center of Apple". Had a bad experience with the repair, the bottom screws were missing and some of the clips were also missing which holds the connectors.I don't suggest anyone to go here for repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is highly unprofessional (smoking cigarettes in front of the gate entrance). Their setup looks highly disorganised and messy, and they don't provide you with prompt service. Their chief technician, Dipayan has fake and outdated apple authentication certificates framed and hung up on the wall. He did not pickup my calls when I left my ipad for repair. They kept my ipad for more than 18 hours to finally come to the diagnosis that I have to get it replaced. The same thing was told to me by the Unicorn Info Solutions pvt ltd, which is in MG road, in half n hour. So you can clearly see the incompetency of the staff members at this service center. Being a loyal Apple consumer for years, I'm highly dissatisfied with their service and hope Apple takes away their license, though I'm unsure if they actually have a real one.
