The phone was not repaired and I didnt bother as well since it was liquid damaged. however when your customer calls you to know about the status, its your duty to either pick the call or call back later. Also give right expectations when you are giving the time frame. Of you are saying 2 days and till the 3rd day you are not informing then obviously the customer will call and want to know about the status. Apart from not giving the right status and not setting the right expectations, there is no other feedback. Hope customer service skills are improved rather than technical skills. Because no matter if you are Apple or Google, you dont exist without your cusotmers....So learn to treat them right !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trustworthy people. You can approach them with your valuable Apple products for service without any concerns. They suggest you appropriate solution for your problem. Service is quick and efficient. I had a display issue of water logging which they resolved for me without me investing a hefty sum in buying a new display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and extremely helpful staff. They will guide you what has which benefits properly. Prices are fixed here but the person will always give you options, their prices and why they are cheap or expensive. Shop is located near Mini Punjab food centre and in GTB area. It is also a preffered centre of Mi company, so you can be sure that you will get only the original spare parts. You can also buy new Mi phones here. All the latest models are available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a reliable store. Few weeks ago this happened and I realized that some malpractices are being followed in this store and that can put you and your device in danger. They track your personal details of the phone which can be misused and I had a bad experience in getting my phone repaired. Not visiting them ever again.

This is the second time. Nothing but good things to say! Professional, clear communication. Very accommodating to fit my schedule and location. This time to replace my iPhone5s battery. Work was completed in a timely manner and I am more than happy with the results! Tech guys are very polite, professional and friendly! Fast and convenient--well worth the reasonable price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my phone repaired from Concorde because I really needed it and my phone was out of warranty. The charging point was damaged and the battery drained quite quickly. Everything seemed to work fine. Right after I left the store, the phone kept restarting and I had to go back almost immediately. They claimed that the battery was at fault. Fine, they replaced it as well and after almost 2 months, battery is dead. They do not have genuine replacements. Now I don't know what to do. People seem to be nice nice and they really seem to want to help. But that isn't enough, is it ?
