pls dont entertain
I booked a flat at Sharada Appartments in 2011 and paid 6 lacs as advance.The project has not started even in 2016 !!!!!!!!!!!!
When I asked for refund they made all false promises ,now they refused to return the money and said go to court

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Deepak Mohanty is useless. Only nice talks but does no know where the money is..I am waiting since last 5 years for house. .Too many operational issues. Vendors are not paid for years.Some investors from whom he had borrowed are goondas and carry gun to his office. I think he will be going to jail soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total fraud company. Even after 6 years of taking money they have not started the project. Nor are they returning money. The MD, Dipak Mohanty, is a chor person. He was in jail also for some time. He frequently goes on holidays on money collected from the customers. He is leading a lavish life but when I ask for my money back, he always says next month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. I have booked a flat in near completion stage in Dwell height project but even after 4 years the project is not delivered. Every time you visit their office you will find 100s of dis satisfied customer to whom they are cheating. They are big time cheats and meant to harass people by siphoning their hard earned money.

He has completed so many project also given peace fully possession to the Customer . Now he building new good project in Raghunathpur.
