This is a nice place to do weight training
But not good place for cardio..
As this gym having small area to setup
Their machines..
That's why I recommend those who don't like crowd to not to go ..
But the amazing fact about this gym is
They are give very big of discount in their
Fee structure
So this is a main reason
It has crowd ..
And the most important thing is
There is no any trainer , coach etcc to help
You in workout....
And it is not a unisexual gym
??But good
